Shipping Charges
Shipping to all locations within the lower 48 states is FREE of charge! This will cover shipping a guitar anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories will be limited to
the actual cost of shipping to those locations. There will be no handling charges associated with shipping Eric Joseph Electric Guitars to any U.S. territories.
Shipping and handling charges to all approved worldwide locations will be by U.S.P.S.(United States Postal Service). Purchasers of Eric Joseph Electric Guitars will be responsible for actual shipping cost. A standard $37.50 handling charge will be applied to all Eric Joseph Electric Guitars shipped worldwide. This charge will be the responsibility of the buyer (customer). This charge will cover our costs for packaging and insurance.
Packaging
All Eric Joseph Electric Guitars are shipped in a FREE super high quality hardshell case inside of a sturdy shipping box.
Damage
The guitar should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If there are any damages they should be reported to us at once. All guitars leave my shop in new condition. I will immediately notify the courier and the customer will need to make the guitar and packaging available to the carrier for inspection.
Return Policy
All sales of new guitars are given a 14 day no questions asked trial period. A guitar may be returned within 14 days of purchase if the customer is not completely satisfied. I will refund the purchase price of the guitar, less shipping, immediately upon receipt of the returned item provided that it is in the new condition as it was sent. Any damage will be the responsibility of the customer. I will do my best to determine if damage happened during shipping and will help the customer by allowing the shipper (UPS or FedEx) inspection of any damaged items.
Warranty
All Eric Joseph Electric Guitars carry a warranty of 5 years on all parts and labor. Shipping is not included. |
